  1. This is a sample message file for use with sendmail, this line and all
  2. lines up to the line beginning with $$rick are treated as comment lines
  3. and ignored by the program.

  7. test message

  9. This is a test message sent to myself and saved on the server techdata.
  10. This message could be of any length, but must be saved as a TEXT file NOT
  11. a word processor file
  12.  
  13. The next line signals the program that this message is through.

  16. These are more comment lines and will not be sent.  They can consists of any
  17. thing.  Below is a message I received using getmail.

  20. Comment: project status

  22. Whats the status on the 301 paper?
